Lexington's newest sushi bar, and tapas lounge, Buddha Lounge, plans to take over downtown Lexington after an extensive renovation of a unique building just off of Main Street. Buddha Lounge expects to open over the summer. Owner, Nick Lagagsorn, fresh from San Francisco expects this new restaurant to be a chic and metropolitan eating place, seating 85 people, with lunch and dinner specials.
