The
annual YMCA Healthy Kids Day event promises to be bigger and better
than ever this year, moving to the University of Kentucky’s spacious
Nutter Field House. This free, community-wide event will be held on
Sunday, April 25 from 2-5.
Healthy Kids Day is designed to
help children and their families learn about the importance of physical
activity and physical fitness. There will lots of games and activities,
including relays, races, hula hoops, inflatables and much more. And
it’s all free, courtesy of the YMCA of Central Kentucky with help from
WLEX TV, Hot 102.5 FM and Tops in Lex.
