The Lexington Fashion Collaborative Presents the Future of Fashion III Lexington, Kentucky - May 28th, 2011- The Lexington Fashion Collaborative is gearing up for their third annual Future of Fashion fundraising show, to be held on May 28th, 2011 at Busters Billiards and Backroom, located at 899 Manchester Street in Lexington, Kentucky. From 11:00am to 4:00pm we will be hosting our first Kentucky Fashion and Textiles Expo. Local artists and businesses will have booths set up showcasing and selling some of their work. Also included during the morning portion of the event will be a jewelry runway show featuring A Small Extravagance, Maui Crane, Nikke Shanabrough, Erick Moore, and Cameron Cox, a children’s show featuring Isabella and William, Claire Williams, Ana Stone, Coco Jackson, Maggie Mae Gossage, and Cradle will Rock by Rhonda Smith, and a boutique show that will feature clothing from local boutiques such as Miss Priss, Bella Rose, Mod Boutique, and Lucia’s World Friendly Boutique. The Future of Fashion III show, Lexington Fashion Collaborative annual fundraising event will begin at 7:00 p.m. and feature designs from 16 local designers including Soreyda Benedit-Begley, Sarah Jane Estes, Jennifer Wesley, Mike Graham, Laverne Zabielski, Jamie Kuli McIntosh, Lamin Swann, Brittany Murphy, Jennie Vicious, Ashlie Hannah Olson, Tina Rodgers, Victoria Wreh, Que’Neisha Gaines, Lisa Breckingridge, Luz Bonta, and Betsy Hamilton. The events will be hosted by WRFL Trivia Thursday host Mick Jefries and Miss Kentucky 2009 and fashion model Maria Montgomery, as well as having Laura Kirkpatrick from the TV reality show, America’s Next Top Model as the red carpet host.
