McDazzle Red Tie Gala and Auction to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities® of the Bluegrass

Lexington, KY – The Ronald
McDonald House Charities of the Bluegrass will hold its annual McDazzle Red Tie Gala and Auction the
evening of Saturday, August 25, 2012.
Tickets
for the event – to be held at the Hilton
Hotel in downtown Lexington – can be purchased by calling (859) 268-0747. The McDazzle Red Tie
Gala and Auction begins at 6:00 p.m. and includes an exciting silent and live
auction conducted by Benefit Auctioneer Murray McCandless, gourmet dinner, dancing
with Nashville’s popular live band “Familiar
Faces” and an appearance from Ronald McDonald himself. There will also be a
special tribute to the 2012 RMHC “Legacy of Love” award recipient Children’s Charity Fund of the Bluegrass.
Proceeds
benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Bluegrass and its mission to
create and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of
children and to strengthen families by keeping them together in times of
medical need.
McDazzle Ticket
Prices are: $200 Patron Level (preferred seating and listing in the program book)
and $150 Individual.

single event represents a large portion of our total fundraising income for the
entire year so attendance is really important so we can continue to provide a
home away from home for those in need,” says Sarah Lister, RMHC Executive
Director who added “fortunately, this community has never let us down in the 27
years we’ve been here. This will be a
very special evening and hundreds of families from Kentucky and beyond will
benefit as a result.”

Charities of the Bluegrass is to create and support programs that directly

opened its doors in 1984 and has served over 25,000 families to date. In 2005, the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile®
in Hazard, KY, began offering affordable dental care to children in Eastern

Family Room® began operations within the walls of Kentucky
