Jenny is a top-producing Realtor with a proven track record! She has been the top salesperson company-wide for Rector Hayden, Realtors 2010-2014. She is motivated to provide top-notch service to her clients. “It’s important to me that my clients feel like family and have a great experience from start to finish,” says Jenny. Jenny has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration from UK. She and her husband, George Mateyoke, have one son, who is five.
Heather has been a Realtor for four years. “It has been a lot of fun and every day is different,” she said. “It’s stressful at times, but problem solving has become one of my best attributes!” She enjoys helping people through one of the biggest purchases of their life. Jenny and Heather agree, “It’s an honor to be a part of such a huge decision and guiding them through that process is very rewarding.” On a personal level, Heather looks forward to getting married in June of this year.
The Mateyoke Group advises buyers entering the real estate market to really understand their price range first. “Know your price range before you start looking by getting pre-approved, and be comfortable with the payment. Know your budget and stick to it,” Heather suggested. For those looking to sell, they suggest staging a home by cleaning, decluttering or making easy repairs where needed, then listing the home at a competitive price.
“Jenny and Heather are professional and knowledgeable. We have worked with other Realtors in the past and have never received the customer service that Jenny and Heather provided to us. They went above and beyond to help us through the process of buying and selling.”

Let’s get this right from the beginning. That is the one piece of advice Shaun has for his real estate clients. As a former teacher with a background in the creative arts, Shaun has been bringing a different flavor to the Central Kentucky real estate market for 10 years. Self-described as having both a logical and artsy side, he says he’s a mad-scientist of sorts.
According to Shaun the key to a successful sale is a mix of positive first impressions and strategic pricing. He starts with helping clients prepare their home for sale, but the real magic begins when he photographs the property. In addition to being a Realtor, Shaun is widely known in the area as a high-profile commercial photographer. Regular readers of TOPS will recognize Shaun’s name from the monthly Tour of Homes feature. His goal in real estate is to create images of clients’ homes that look magazine ready, too. This kind of effort has continually proven itself effective. Shaun tells us that his listings sell twice as quickly as the LBAR average, and for very close to the asking price.
