BEER OF THE MONTH: FEBRUARY 2016

Why Quincy enjoys this beer: "I am not known for my love of IPAs, but once I got to try this new offering from New Belgium, that may change!  The crisp citrus taste of this beer could turn me into an IPA lover pretty quickly.  The hops are big and up front but not over powering at all; it is perfectly balanced.  I think it's important to remember that not all IPAs are the same, and can range in flavors like floral, resin, spice and fruit.  I prefer a citrus fruit hop flavor, so this beer fits me well.  I would highly recommend Citradelic.  Even if you're not an IPA lover, give this one a shot!  It could change your beer universe in just one sip!"
