2014 Monster’s Ball and Silent Auction


The Race For Education for the 2014 Monster’s Ball and Silent Auction will benefit the Starting Gate Afterschool Literacy Program. Presented by Great American Insurance, this event will be a lively evening of costumes, food, drinks, and dancing. The Starting Gate serves middle school students in Fayette and Bourbon Counties by providing literacy services, homework help, educational field trips, college and career exploration, and summer camps. 100% of proceeds go to student programming and services. Tickets are $100 per person.

CKRH Halloween Tack Sale & Trail Ride


This will be our 17th year of the combined event. The Tack Sale will be held in the stable area of our facility, and the Trail Ride will meander through 12 miles of gorgeous grounds and fall foliage at both the Kentucky Horse Park and adjoining Barton Brothers farm.

Freeze Dont Shoot National March on State Capitols in an effort to bring awareness and change laws to prevent Law Enforcement from using lethal force against our family pets. This event is a plea across the country to implement humane non-lethal pet encounter training for Law Enforcement.
