Jimmy Pardo

After Jimmy was told for like the thousandth time that he was even funnier offstage than he was onstage, he dropped most of the jokes from his act. Now he spends nearly his entire set interacting with, and making fun of, his audience. And they love it. Jimmy stands at the very center of the comedy world. That's not only because he's the ultimate "comic's comic," (as he's often called), but also because he represents where comedy is going, and everybody wants to come along.

Tracks for the Packs 5K run/walk

Tracks for Packs 5K began as a grassroots effort to assist those in the Madison County community who are hungry. Each month, the Madison Backpack Program sends more than 1,300 backpacks home with students in 14 Madison County schools. These backpacks are full of food that helps the students and their families survive the weekend without hunger pains. Supplying food and backpacks to so many students can be expensive. In the spring of 2012, a group of Madison Countians got together and decided to put on a fundraising event to benefit the Madison Backpack Program. The Tracks for Packs 5K was born!
