UK Releases 2013-14 Non­-Conference Schedule

Kentucky has announced its 2013-14 men's basketball non-conference schedule. The schedule features a season-opening game in Rupp Arena against UNC-Asheville on Nov. 8 followed by a home date on Nov. 10 against Northern Kentucky. It marks the first time since the 2009-10 season the Wildcats open at home with multiple games. Read more »

University of Kentucky freshman All-America selection Nerlens Noel will forego his sophomore season and enter his name in this year's NBA Draft. "I have loved my time at Kentucky, but I feel that I'm ready to take the next step to the NBA," Noel said. "I've learned so much here at UK and am thankful for Coach Calipari, the staff and my teammates for all of their support. I especially appreciate the Big Blue Nation and all of the support, prayers and well-wishes I've received from them during my rehab and decision-making process. I'll always be a Wildcat!" The 2013 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship Second/Third Rounds continues on Saturday at Rupp Arena, with four teams playing for a chance to advance to the Sweet Sixteen. Tickets are still available in the upper level for Session 3. Tickets are priced at $88.50 and $45.50 (limited availability), which includes both games. All lower level tickets are sold out.
