WHO IS LEXINGTON'S TOP DRESSED?
Fran Taylor
Fran Taylor: While Fran Taylor's involvement with the Woodford Humane Society began through her work at Keeneland, she had long known the WHS for their excellent reputation in the community. Fran's heart has always gone out to unwanted animals. When she's not volunteering, Fran works on projects to spread the word about Keeneland. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, who she says cracks her up, constantly challenges her and offers lots of unconditional love. She loves working on their farm in Sadieville, cooking, gardening, writing and taking care of the animals.
About Woodford Humane Society: The Woodford Humane Society's mission is SAVE: Spay/neuter, Adopt, Volunteer and Educate. Established in 1975, the WHS helps provide exceptional care for approximately 1,200 of the Central Kentucky community's homeless pets each year. Each pet is spayed or neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. There is no time limit put on any animal's stay at WHS and some have waiting over a year for a forever, loving home.
