Enjoy the best of summer produce prepared by Honeywood chef Josh Smouse at a multicourse Wine and Vegetable dinner on July 18. Each course is paired with wine or cider. The University of Kentucky’s South Farm is partnering with Smouse for the monthly dinner series, which runs through Oct. 17.
“We’re out to prove that an all-vegetable menu paired with wine is just as good if not better than a traditional tasting menu that includes meat,” Smouse said. Cost is $50.
