Heart disease prompts some of life’s biggest challenges and lifestyle changes. ‘Living with heart’ means full engagement of your mind and body to live life fully. Dr. Sam Sears, a professor at East Carolina University, has over 20 years of clinical practice exploring the connection between your mind, body, and living with heart disease. Join us as we discover new ways to cope and empower ourselves to live a full life!
This complimentary event features Dr. Sears presenting, “Living With Heart: Learning from Heart Patients.” Attendees will also hear how heart transplant patient, Bill Foley, made his cardiac comeback to experience a life full of joy!
Following the presentation there will be a Q&A discussion with all speakers.
The event is free, but space is limited, so call Health Connection at 859-257-1000 or email [email protected] to RSVP.
