OUTFIT OF THE WEEK: SEEING SPOTS

By Jesse L Brooks

This week's outfit is all about expressing our love of animal print. Some people tend to shy away from it, but it's one of the few patterns that works for all seasons. You just gotta know how to wear it without taking it a tad too far.
Dolce & Gabbana brings a glamorous tone to classic animal prints, evident with the brown giraffe pattern on this dress.
From the Autumn/Winter 18 collection, it’s crafted to a blouson-sleeve shape that is gathered from the high neckline for an elegant drape over the frame that can be defined with the detachable tie at the waist. If there is one fall staple when it comes to footwear it's a great pair of boots. With the particular length of our dress, it is screaming for a sexy pair of knee boots to spice things up. These black Gianvito Rossi over the knee beauties may indeed be a must-have edition to your wardrobe. With a pointed toe and 115 mm stiletto heel, the pair is made of sumptuous suede that will keep your legs as toasty as a nice pair of tights. Next we added a bag that is the perfect mix of cute and chic. Balmain's B-Box 25 shoulder bag is sure to add sleek interest to any outfit. Crafted in Italy from glossy black leather, it features polished golden hardware, and a brand-engraved medallion charm which doubles as the front fastening. For jewelry we wanted a statement piece that would catch the eye, without being too blingy. This 18k smoky quartz and diamond ring from The RealReal will add just the right amount of hand candy to your look. We wrapped things up on a brighter note with a classic cherry red lip courtesy of Tom Ford Beauty. This might not be an outfit for a casual day at the zoo, but you will definitely have onlookers 'Seeing Spots' and taking notes after taking in this stylish, covet-worthy ensemble.
