For this week's look we are celebrating two of our favorite fashioned things - prints and monochrome. What's great about both is they are not seasonal and they can work on anyone. Oscar de la Renta showed a number of graphic checked pieces at the Spring '19 runway show, including this monochrome dress. It's cut from lightweight silk-satin and is artfully draped and knotted at the front. We wanted to get strappy with the footwear, and this stylish pair instantly caught our eye. Crafted from patent leather, these white 'Paris' 105 strappy sandals from Saint Laurent feature an ankle strap with a side buckle fastening, an open toe, a high stiletto heel and a leather sole. Keeping our bag of choice in the black and white zone, we added yet another piece by YSL. This petite tote features dove white and smooth black leather with gold-tone hardware, dual rolled top handles and single detachable flat shoulder strap. This design is most definitely a staple piece you would find yourself using over and over again. Going ultra glam with the rest of our accessories and makeup, we opted to take things to the next level. First, with a pair of affordable, sparkling drop Monet earrings and a pair of chic Givenchy sunglasses, which will allow you to wear this ensemble during both daytime and evening. Wrapping things up with a little makeup, nothing can amp up a beauty look quite like a rich, dark eyeliner. The unique PermaGel Ultra Eye Pencil by Pat McGrath Labs' formula fuses the precision of a gel and the ease of a pencil for smooth application and the highest level of rich pigmentation. Whether you wear this to the office or out on the town, you can guarantee you will have everyone saying "Thank U, Checks" everywhere you go.
