Even though Autumn is officially here, the temperature outside seems to be a tad confused and not wanting to let summer fully go. So for this week's look we are combining both worlds of being ready for fall, but still inevitably having summer on our minds. Just because the season has changed and we're ready for some sleeves and layering, it doesn't mean we have to toss vibrant color out the window. Mary Katrantzou used an abundance of color in her Fall '19 collection, which is inspired by the four elements. This jacket is made from soft satin-twill dyed for a glorious ombré effect in sunset inspired hues. The lapels are bordered with neat piping and the waist can be cinched with the black tie belt. We paired it up with the matching wide-leg pants which are cut from fluid satin-twill and fade from inky, nighttime black to sunrise shades of red, orange and pink. Since there are stunning bursts of violet in our colorful separates, we couldn't resist bringing the lovely shade to our feet. Sergio Rossi's 'Milano' satin pumps feature tiny diamond like stones, an adjustable buckle closure and a 3 1/2 inch heel with a brand logo plaque accent. Next, we brought in a touch of sunshine via our bag. As seen on the Spring 2020 runway, this Emilia Wickstead design features a classic silhouette and top handle for easy carrying. For jewelry, we tied in one last symbol of warmth and beauty with these eye-catching Eye M Butterfly ear jackets. Made with 18k yellow gold vermeil and a round purple hydro quartz stone studs, these beauties also feature a coordinating butterfly-shaped drop. Last but certainly not least is the finishing touch to this charming ensemble. Surratt's Lip Lustre is a refined shimmer formula offering a sheer, non-sticky gloss that builds intensity with each coat. This particular shade reminds us of the dreamy pinks found in a 'Sailor's Delight' sky. Whether you are more of a sunrise or a sunset kind of person, in this outfit you will be ready for whatever the universe sends your way.
