We asked some of our friends, who just so happen to be expert mixologists, for some chill-chasing, cocktail recipes to enjoy all season. They didn’t disappoint!
21 Manhattan
Ingredients:
3.5 oz Bulleit bourbon
0.75 oz sweet vermouth
4-6 dashes Angostura bitters
1 cup ice
1 Luxardo cherry
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, except cherry into a shaker glass. Mix/shake moderately (approximately 6-8 shakes).
Strain 3 oz of shaker contents into a chilled martini glass and the remaining into a mini carafe. Place the mini carafe into a brandy snifter filled halfway with ice and water.
Garnish with a cherry without the stem in a chilled martini glass.

Woodford Rye Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
2 oz Woodford Reserve Rye 0.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
1 Luxardo cherry
1 lemon and 1 orange peel
Instructions:
Place one Luxardo cherry into the glass and fill with ice. Add the rye, simple syrup and the bitters. Add more ice, stir and garnish with twisted lemon and orange peels.

Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
2 oz Compass Box's Great King Street Glasgow Blend Scotch
0.25 oz honey syrup
(a combination of honey and simple syrup)
0.25 oz ginger liqueur 0.25 oz lemon juice
Instructions:
Combine ingredients and top up with boiling water, garnish with a slice of lemon, studded with cloves and a cinnamon stick.

Barrel-Aged Negroni
Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
1/2 oz Dolin Rouge Vermouth 1/2 oz Vya Sweet Vermouth 20-30 mg CBD
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a White American Oak Barrel and seal the barrel to age for 28 days. Pour and garnish with a lemon twist. Cheers and enjoy!
