HealthFirst Bluegrass and Lexington Public Library Partner To Host Weekly COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at Village Branch

Clinic Will Operate on Mondays from 1-4pm, April 26-June 30

Lexington, Kentucky (April 21, 2021) – In partnership with HealthFirst Bluegrass, the Lexington Public Library will host a weekly COVID-19 vaccine pop-up site, April 26-June 30 at the Village Branch located at 2185 Versailles Road. Vaccines will be offered on Mondays from 1-4pm by reservation or on a walk-in basis. 

"HealthFirst Bluegrass is partnering with the Lexington Public Library to increase access to vaccinations here in our community. We’re united in our common goal and mission to serve our community and offer them the resources they require to stay safe," said Malia Jackson, School Based Clinics Director at HealthFirst Bluegrass. 

HealthFirst Bluegrass will be administering the COVID-19 vaccine and will be available to those 18 years of age and older. There is no cost to individuals and open to all in the community.

“The Lexington Public Library is committed to health equity and is proud to be a community partner in providing equitable access to the COVID-19 vaccine and supporting our communities as we recover,” said Heather Dieffenbach, executive director of the Lexington Public Library.
