Outfit of the Week: Peaches and Jeans

Jesse L. Brooks

For this week's look, we are once again finding fun and creative ways to dress up jeans for summer. Adding dreamy pastels with little hints of sparkle is a fabulous way to glam up your denim game! This Paco Rabanne top reminded us of a big bowl of sherbet. A fabulous example of vintage-inspired knitwear, the pastel orange top is made from tactile cable-knit mohair and wool-blend. It has signature crystal-encrusted buttons and a cropped hemline.

When choosing jeans, we wanted to go for a classic and relaxed pair that would look stylish with just about anything. Every well-curated wardrobe calls for indigo-blue jeans, and we love this AG Jeans straight-leg Mari style. It's made from stretch-fused denim with an ultra-soft handle and sits flatteringly high on the waist. Taking a modern turn with shoes is Gianvito Rossi's Metropolis slingbacks. Making use of the label's beloved PVC, these towering open-toe shoes have semi-transparent straps that wind around the feet.

Chloé's mini top-handle design is keeping the peachy party going. The "Tess" style is for the girl who wants to always look enviably chic without much effort. Dressing up this ensemble with a dazzling jewelry touch is Le Vian's swoon-worthy drop earrings made of peach morganite and twinkling diamonds.

While this look can easily be worn any time of day, we opted for sunny August afternoons. These creamy apricot acetate sunglasses (also by Chloé) have squared-off frames and tonal lenses, accompanied by the brand's iconic dots on each temple. Rounding out our sweet outfit is a nude lip formula by Mirenesse that promises to plump your pout within 5 minutes; it is also great for keeping lips hydrated and youthful without invasive cosmetic procedures.

No matter where you decide to turn up, in these pieces everyone is sure to love your "Peaches and Jeans" style.
