THE ALAINN | CHEERS FROM TONY'S STEAKHOUSE

In a cocktail shaker, combine two ounces of Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin and one ounce of Lillet Blanc. 
Add a handful of ice cubes, and half an ounce of lemon juice
Add a sliver of lemon peel (optional)
Pour contents of shaker into a chilled glass. 
Top off with 1 ounce of NxNW Late Harvest Riesling.
