GRIMALDI’S STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients:

Salad:

4 oz. baby spinach

2 oz. sliced strawberries

1 oz. red onions, thinly sliced

1 oz. feta cheese

½ oz. toasted almonds

1 ½ oz. dressing

 

Strawberry Vinaigrette:

5 oz. red wine vinegar

4 oz. strawberry puree

1 ½ tbsp. red onion

½ tsp. oregano

1 tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

10 oz. canola oil


Instructions:

To make the vinaigrette: Whisk all dressing ingredients to emulsify into a vinaigrette.

To make the salad: Toss the salad ingredients together and then add dressing to taste.
