The owners of Jacobs Ladder are unique to the building restoration market. Owner Hugh Johnson has a degree in Architecture from the University of Kentucky and has over 25 years in design and construction management experience. Owner, Amy Newman is a Licensed Insurance Adjuster, Certified FEMA Inspector and has worked in many Disaster Zones including Hurricanes Sandy and Harvey. With Hugh’s building expertise and Amy’s knowledge of insurance policies and coverage they work to formulate plans for an effective and seamless repair. It’s easy to see why the company slogan is “The Calm After the Storm”—it perfectly sums up the manner in which this duo achieves expert results.
Since indoor air quality is an increasingly common concern, the company plans to launch a Clean Air Division this spring. The new division will address mold, odor, allergens, infection control and health issues. Jacobs Ladder is one of the very few contractors in the entire US that utilizes state-of-the-art electrostatic spray technology, which provides the safest, quickest and most cost-effective way to disinfect the air in one’s home without the threat of cross contamination. It’s EPA and NSF approved as safe for people, plants and pets!
Whether it’s hail, wind, fire, flood or indoor air remediation involving mold, odor or infectious disease, Jacobs Ladder is a one-stop shop for those faced with sudden loss, catastrophic property damage or those who just need to hit the health and wellness reset button on their property.
