Digital Marketing Sales Associate

TOPS is searching for an experienced digital sales candidate who loves all things digital, loves to sell, build long-term relationships, close deals, and is truly vested in helping clients create measurable impact through intelligently designed digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities Include

• Identify prospective businesses to call/meet/present/close/nurture through the digital campaign process.
• Partner with existing TOPS Sales Reps on identifying and working their list of active accounts through meetings/presentations/closing/campaign implementation.
• Explore opportunities and suggest tactics and strategies to accomplish marketing goals.
• Submit RFP’s and IO’s.
• Log sales activity in TOPS CRM software
• Create customized proposal options for clients.
• Work with President on creating monthly goals and game plans for meeting these goals
• Work with creative staff on creating spec ad/campaign ideas.
• Maintain open lines of communication between TOPS and the Client on all reporting, contract expiration, ad updates, etc.
• Provide weekly updates in internal Sales Meetings on new products, updates, reporting, etc.
• Generate invoices for all monthly campaigns and collect payment from clients.
• Candidate must have a strong and successful background in digital marketing/sales - including SEO, SEM, Programmatic Display, GEO targeting, Email marketing and Social Media. Looking for a self-starter who is driven and motivated to hit monthly sales goals and grow a book of business.
• Work with staff members on brainstorming new ideas for the company
• Assist with monthly events, such as TOPS Magazine Preview Parties
• Participate in outside networking events and opportunities
• Be an overall TEAM PLAYER and offer help when/where needed!

This is a full-time position with Base Salary, Commission and Bonuses, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, and Paid Vacation
