I know a great number of clients who are. For example, any time a client fears data loss, you can be sure that the client is all smiles once the data is returned and restored. It’s a common scenario, one that most people have experienced at one time or another. The feeling goes from “Oh, no! It’s gone!” to “Oh, thank goodness. It’s back!”
Here at SIO, we’re all about the latter. It’s a pleasure to be able to get a customer back up and running after being down. Knowing that they trusted us, and we were able to come through for them in crisis, never gets old. Instead, it reinforces why we do what we do. And with Thanksgiving coming up in a couple of days, it’s a good time for us to pause and give thanks for all the customers who have put their faith in SIO over the years.
To those who have failed to plan for a potential crisis and ended up losing data in the past, it’s important to note that it really makes sense to go with a backup solution that also provides technologically advanced security. Going through data or system loss really opens the eyes, and we at SIO can help prevent future problems.
Even better, however, is when a customer seeks us out prior to a traumatic event. While we do have some methods of providing assistance once disaster strikes, it’s much easier for all parties involved when disaster is instead averted completely through various high-level backup and security measures.
If you’ve never had a server suddenly conk out on you, or you’ve never lost data when a machine went down unexpectedly, then you have an extra reason to be thankful this week. But if you have, chances are you know exactly why you’re an SIO customer, and we’re grateful for your trust and business.
