About Mustard Seed Hill: In 2016, Community Ventures purchased the property (mustardseedhill.events) (formerly the Millersburg Military Institute), which was abandoned and in rapid decline. With the property’s gymnasium, dorms, sports fields, and stately manor, not to mention its proud history, we saw its potential. Today, extensive restoration has prepared the grounds for a new life and unbounded growth. Mustard Seed Hill is now home to Mustard Seed Hill Events, Bourbon Christian Academy, and one of Community Ventures’ six offices. We will continue to bring our collective expertise and resources together to transform Mustard Seed Hill into a promising future to benefit all who grace our gates or reside in our region.

About Community Ventures: Founded in 1982, Community Ventures (www.cvky.org) is a community-based, non-profit organization that exists to improve the quality of life for urban and rural residents throughout Kentucky. CV helps people increase income and build assets with three main strategies: small business ownership, home ownership, and job creation through business expansion. CV is headquartered in Lexington with branch offices in Campbellsville, Frankfort, Louisville, Paris and Owensboro.
