ANDREW WINDSOR JOINS  COMMUNITY TRUST AND INVESTMENT COMPANY  AS VICE PRESIDENT, PORTFOLIO MANAGER

LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY:  Andy D. Waters, President and CEO of Community Trust and Investment Company (CTIC), is pleased to announce that Andrew Windsor has joined CTIC’s Wealth and Trust Management team as Vice President, Portfolio Manager.

 

As a key member of the Wealth and Trust Management team, Mr. Windsor is responsible for the research and selection of mutual funds, ETFs and individual securities, contributing to the overall direction of the investment department, and communicating the investment strategy and results to clients. His office is located at 100 East Vine Street in downtown Lexington, Kentucky.

 

With over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, Andrew will be an extraordinary asset to our investment department. Andy D. Waters notes, “Mr. Windsor brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to Community Trust and Investment Company. We are looking forward to the opportunity to introduce him to our current and future clients, as we feel Andrew is a great complement to our existing investment team.”

 

Andrew earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Acadia University located in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®), which is the highest designation one can receive in the financial industry.  He is the third CFA® charter holder on our team.

 

Andrew grew up in Southern Ontario, Canada and moved to the United States in 1998. He currently resides in Lexington. Andrew enjoys traveling, going to the lake, and spending time with his wife and two children. We are excited to welcome him to our team.
