Art Instructors of the LASC
There are many talented artists that teach at the Living Arts and Science Center through the LASC’s Summer Arts Camp, No School Days, and Adult Classes. This spring, the Living Arts and Science Center will showcase in its renovated Historic Gallery many of its gifted teaching staff with a special exhibition. Please come out and experience this unique opportunity to see another side of one of your favorite LASC art instructors! During the Friday, March 20 th Gallery Hop reception from 5:00 to 8:00PM at the Living Arts and Science Center; an artist talk is planned at 6:00PM for the artist
participating in the Art Instructors of the LASC exhibition. Celebrating their 51st year, The Living Arts & Science Center is a not-for-profit organization providing unique creative opportunities for exploration and education in the arts and sciences. Located in downtown Lexington, the Living Arts & Science Center's four art galleries, planetarium, Discovery gallery, art and science classes, workshops and fieldtrips are provided year-round for children and adults of all ages. In addition, the Living Arts and Science Center partners with community agencies and organizations to provide free community events and classes for special needs and at-risk students.
