The CHEW Dinner and Brunch series, presented by Whole Foods Lexington Green, is the must-go farm-to-table pop up series of 2016! Featuring 12 of Lexington’s best chefs in 12 different locations: each dinner and brunch has a different theme. All CHEW events source as many local ingredients as possible; so far, the previews CHEW series have worked with over 45 Kentucky farms and producers.
The 2016 CHEW Dinner series features a “Euro Tour”, exploring menus inspired by Florence, Paris, Athens, London, Frankfurt and Versailles, but using ingredients from their cities in Kentucky! The CHEW Brunch series features six locally-inspired menus paired with a seasonal cocktail bar (including mimosas, bloody marys, hot toddys, spiked coffees, spiked lemonades and sangria).
