The LANE Team

Back in 2006, Kitty Lane and eleven other investors started Keller Williams Bluegrass Realty in the back of a Subway sandwich shop. Twelve years later, Keller Williams has been named the #1 real estate company in the United States.
With over 60 years of combined experience, the eight members of The Lane Team each bring a wealth of expertise. “Through the team atmosphere, we are able to provide support to each other, as well as our clients,” Kitty explained. “By having multiple trained and experienced professionals working together toward one common goal, we can always put our clients and their families first to provide fantastic service. Why hire one agent when you can have an entire team working for you?”
Former UK basketball player Ravi Moss is the newest addition to The Lane Team. He joins Diane Scott, Kitty Lane, Brandon Hedinger, Savannah Cloe, Chelsea Sligh, Blake Ferguson and Meredith Lane: they are each motivated by the relationships they develop through their work. “It is an honor to be able to help these families find a home they will make memories in, assist individuals going through a multitude of transitions in their lives while helping investors buy, sell and renovate properties and more.” Kitty added, “Being a real estate agent is really about serving the people involved, and we do not take that responsibility lightly.”
The Lane Team loves serving the Central Kentucky real estate market, both through real estate transactions and by being of service to local charitable organizations. “We are surrounded by beautiful horse farms, but we also have fabulous suburban neighborhoods and a robust transitioning downtown urban area,” Kitty said. “There is a lot to offer in this community and not only do we love working here, we love living here as well.” #25509
