Established in 1998, Bigg Blue Martini has become a local favorite martini bar in Lexington Kentucky. Located in the heart of Lexington, across from Rupp Arena and Triangle Park, Bigg Blue Martini bar is located at the Hilton Lexington/Downtown. It has become a traditional gathering spot for University of Kentucky fans before Wildcat games, Rupp Arena concert goers, and the Lexington Opera House concert goers. Their patio is a great summer hangout to see and be seen.
The idea behind Blue Stallion Brewing Company was hatched over the winter of 2011 by five founders: brothers Kore, Xavier and Zac Donnelly along with Nico Schulz and Jim Clemons. Lexington was primed for local craft beer and we wanted to bring our passion and expertise to the local beer scene.
The craft beer market is inundated with every form of IPA imaginable. While we enjoy hops as much as the next craft beer drinker, we wanted to make something special with our brewery. Though the craft beer industry is exploding in the United States, beers fans don’t have a lot of access to the traditional beer styles of Europe that were developed over centuries of brewing. It’s about time beer drinkers get to experience those beers. That’s why we brew what we do.

Country Boy Brewing was founded in February, 2012 by four Kentucky boys with a passion for unique Craft Brews. Co-founders Daniel Harrison and Nathan Coppage fell in love with brewing while teaching in Japan. They met partner Jeff Beagle through the local homebrew club, and joined forces with Nathan’s brother Evan Coppage. A plan to open a home-grown craft brewery was born.
